Consequently, the manager should make step B be of a higher precedence than step C and D. Activity C and D do not constitute the activities in the critical path. For this reason, interruptions and delays of tasks C and D will not affect the total time span of the project. All the activities in the critical path need to be given a higher priority than all the other tasks that do not fall under the critical path (Hansen, 2008). A delay, in activities in the critical path, would result to delays in the whole project (Hansen, 2008). In this regard, I would address the matter in step B since it is one of the activities that fall in the critical path. Delays in this activity would result to a delay in the whole project. In prioritizing repairs, in the other two steps, I would identify the activity that would pose a danger to the completion of the project and prioritize them.
